Funny: Man Arrested for Refusing to Leave Jail!

Rodney Dwayne Valentine, 37, had been held in jail since May 22, 2012, but got his freedom on Saturday. Valentine, however, has no permanent home address and therefore asked deputies in the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office to drive him to a local motel. They refused.

Valentine therefore failed to leave the jail, and by about 1 p.m. on Saturday, he was rearrested and charged with second-degree trespassing and returned to jail.
Meanwhile, he is being held on a $500 bail and he is due to appear in court on the 9th of August. it is not known if Dwayne has a lawyer.
