Governor Rochas Okorocha has suddenly abandoned his hitherto
much-hyped relocation of the Imo State University (IMSU) to a new
site in Ideato Local Government Area, his local council, which
attracted opposition from Owerri people, who saw it as robbing them
of the host of the educational facility.
