SAN FRANCISCO, September 03, – Presidential Spokesman, Dr.
Reuben Abati this morning described reports of the hospitalization of
First Lady, Dame Patience Jonathan as rumour saying “There is nothing
like that”.A couple of blogs including at least one local newspaper this morning reported that the First Lady was transported to a German hospital a couple of days ago from Abuja following suspected food poisoning.
However Abati in his reaction to the report told Alex that “serious papers shouldn’t be investigating rumours” adding that he doesn’t know anything about such.
